In this short documentary, we share the moving story of two young brothers from Haiti, Franklin and Fedson, who went from narrowly surviving HIV and tuberculosis as orphans on the violent streets of Port-au-Prince in 2017 to thriving today thanks to the compassionate, decisive action of AHF staff. |

With the leadership of Karine Duverger, AHF Haiti Country Program Manager; Mike Kahane, AHF Board Member; and Anita Castille, AHF Vice President of Human Resources—alongside the dedicated AHF Haiti team—the boys found a loving home and adoptive parents, gained access to lifesaving treatment, started school, and now look ahead to a bright future. Their journey reflects what lies at the heart of AHF: compassion, readiness to act, and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right. |
